Mental Health Counseling
Mental health counseling can help you explore, understand, and address issues that may be affecting your overall well-being. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used and evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During sessions we use cognitive restructuring to overcome dysfunctional thinking patterns and behavioral techniques to overcome fears or to learn how to better regulate emotions. Sessions last 60 minutes and we usually meet on a weekly basis.
